- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 12 oz
- pkg - 3 oz
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Crush wafers and mix with melted butter. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space to top.Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth. Add chocolate chips and eggs, 1 at a time. Add sour cream. Mix until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Cool on rack for 24 minutes.
