Chocolate cake pudding
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
How to make chocolate cake pudding:
Topping:1/2 c. granulated sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 1/2 c. water Cake: Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together into 9-inch square baking pan. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Spread batter in pan.Topping: Mix topping sugars and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Serve warm or cool with cream or sour cream.
