  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cold water - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • sifted cake flour - 3 c
  • salad oil - 2/3 c

How to make chocolate cake:

Mix together dry ingredients. Then add vanilla, vinegar, salad oil and water. Beat well with spoon and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
