sugar - 1 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 4 Tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
cold water - 1 c
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 1/4 c
vinegar - 1 Tbsp
sifted confectioners sugar - 3 c
salad oil - 1/3 c
chocolate - 2 sq
Add vinegar, oil and cold water

How to make wacky cake:

Stir together in a mixing bowl flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add vinegar, oil and cold water. Add vanilla and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Frosting:1/4 c. butter2 sq. chocolate3 c. sifted confectioners sugar1 1/2 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. milk Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler. Stir in remaining ingredients. Remove from double boiler and beat to spreading consistency.
