Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- paraffin - 1 item
- large bag coconut - 1 item
- boxes powdered sugar - 2 item
- semi-sweet baking chocolate
- oleo melted and cooled - 1 c
How to make chocolate bonbons:
Combine oleo, coconut, milk, pecans and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Shape into balls. Cool until firm. Using a double boiler, melt paraffin and chocolate. Using toothpicks, dip balls into chocolate. Place on waxed paper and allow to cool. Store in a tight container. May also be frozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Vegan.
