Chocolate bar cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 7 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• cold water - 2 c
• oil - 2/3 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• powdered sugar - 1 lb
• oleo

How to make chocolate bar cake:

Frosting:1/2 c. oleo1/2 c. cocoa1 lb. powdered sugar7 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix well together oil, vinegar and water. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Blend well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool.

For Frosting: Melt oleo; add cocoa. Heat 1 minute until smooth. Put mixture in bowl. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat to spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake.
