Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • soy sauce
  • wine vinegar
  • sesame oil
  • medium cucumbers - 3 item

How to make chinese cucumber salad:

Peel and seed cucumbers. Cut in half lengthwise and slant dice. Mix all other ingredients and put in refrigerator to chill. When ready to serve, pour sauce over cucumbers. Mix well and serve.
