Chili rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 3 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
- crushed corn chips - 3/4 c
- can Wolf brand plain chili - 1 oz
How to make chili rice casserole:
Place rice in buttered baking dish. Spread half the onions and cheese over the rice. Heat chili and pour over rice. Top with remaining cheese, onions and crushed corn chips. Heat in 375° oven for about 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
