Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped and drained - 1 item
- Famous or 4 Star chili, heated - 1 lb
How to make chili cheese dip:
Heat chili and drain excess fat. Melt cheese over double boiler and add tomatoes and chili in concentrated form. Blend all ingredients. When heated well, serve in chafing dish with chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Side dish.
