Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • large can whole tomatoes, cut up - 1 item
  • chili brick XLNT brand, deli section
  • large cans small red beans* - 3 item
  • large can kidney beans* - 1 item
  • salt and pepper if you want - 1 item

How to make chili beans:

Cook onion with hamburger. Melt chili brick with meat mixture. Add in beans and tomatoes. Salt and pepper if you want. Simmer about 1 hour; stir occasionally.

*Save some juice off the beans; add as needed.
