Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 2 lb
- onion, diced - 1 item
- large can whole tomatoes, cut up - 1 item
- chili brick XLNT brand, deli section
- large cans small red beans* - 3 item
- large can kidney beans* - 1 item
- salt and pepper if you want - 1 item
How to make chili beans:
Cook onion with hamburger. Melt chili brick with meat mixture. Add in beans and tomatoes. Salt and pepper if you want. Simmer about 1 hour; stir occasionally.*Save some juice off the beans; add as needed.
