Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chili powder - 3 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt to taste - 1 item
- rice, uncooked - 2/3 c
- can tomato soup or 1 can tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chili balls:
Mix ingredients into balls the size of an egg. Make a sauce of tomatoes or tomato soup (dilute as directed) and add chili powder. Drop balls into liquid and cook for 2 hours on low heat.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Main dish, Meatballs.
