Ingredients/Components
- pound ground chuck or ground turkey - 1 item
- Pam - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- cup bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 28 oz cans low sodium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- 8 oz cans low sodium tomato paste - 2 item
- Tablespoons chili powder - 2 item
- teaspoon ground oregano - 1 item
- to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1/2 item
- teaspoon paprika - 1 item
- teaspoon cumin - 1 item
- 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 item
- teaspoons Morton Lite Salt - 2 item
- teaspoon black pepper - 1 item
How to make chili:
In dutch oven or 5 quart pot. Brown meat with pam until done. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir vegetables and remaining ingredients in pot. Cook on low for 3 hours covered.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
