Ingredients/Components

  • pound ground chuck or ground turkey - 1 item
  • Pam - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped - 6 item
  • cup bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • 28 oz cans low sodium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • 8 oz cans low sodium tomato paste - 2 item
  • Tablespoons chili powder - 2 item
  • teaspoon ground oregano - 1 item
  • to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1/2 item
  • teaspoon paprika - 1 item
  • teaspoon cumin - 1 item
  • 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 item
  • teaspoons Morton Lite Salt - 2 item
  • teaspoon black pepper - 1 item

How to make chili:

In dutch oven or 5 quart pot. Brown meat with pam until done. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Stir vegetables and remaining ingredients in pot. Cook on low for 3 hours covered.
