Ingredients/Components
- milk - 10 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken - 1 lb
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- can cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
- seasoned croutons - 4 c
- fresh vegetables - 3 c
How to make chicken-vegetable casserole:
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Cook thoroughly with onion powder and pepper. Combine soup and milk. In a casserole dish, combine croutons, chicken, vegetables and 1/2 of cheese.
