Seafood stew
Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry white wine - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- large onions, finely chopped - 2 item
- extra virgin olive oil - 9 Tbsp
- 3-inch strips lemon zest - 2 item
- can peeled tomatoes and juices - 28 oz
- combined fillet fresh fish, cut into bite-sized pieces cod, halibut, flounder, pollock and shellfish squid, clams, shrimp
How to make seafood stew:
Bring vinegar to a boil in a 6 to 8-quart heavy pot. Add onions. Turn heat to low and cover pot partially. Cook 15 minutes until onions are soft. Uncover pot and let vinegar bubble gently until it evaporates. Add oil and salt. Saute slowly for 10 mRecipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Bass.
