Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 3/4 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- chicken, cooked simmered with carrots, celery, onion and chili peppers and deboned
- tortillas, cut into pie shaped bite size pieces - 1 pkg
- or more green salsa - 2 tsp
How to make chicken tortilla casserole:
Grease large 9 x13-inch or larger casserole dish. Layer twice into pan: tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
