Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- plain yogurt - 1 c
- ground cumin - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken - 4 lb
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground coriander - 1 Tbsp
- ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken tandoori:
Mix all ingredients and spread over chicken. Marinate at least 12 hours. Bake for 45 minutes at 425°. Also may be cooked on an outdoor grill.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
