Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1/3 item
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- whole chicken breasts, boned - 4 item
- dressing mix
How to make chicken stuffing casserole:
Cut chicken into chunks and place in a large casserole. Place cheese on top of chicken. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing with melted butter, water and egg. Spoon over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350° in oven for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
