Chicken stuffing casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- slivered almonds
- cans cream of chicken soup - 3 item
- minced dry onion - 1 Tbsp
- cooked chicken, cut up - 3 c
- dressing cubes, seasoned - 5 c
How to make chicken stuffing casserole:
Combine bread cubes and celery in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan; place chicken over this and sprinkle with onion. Combine eggs, soup, milk and salt in a bowl; mix lightly. Pour over chicken. Combine flour and cheese; cut in butter. Sprinkle over soup mixture and chicken. Top with slivered almonds. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
