Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • slivered almonds
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 3 item
  • minced dry onion - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken, cut up - 3 c
  • dressing cubes, seasoned - 5 c

How to make chicken stuffing casserole:

Combine bread cubes and celery in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan; place chicken over this and sprinkle with onion. Combine eggs, soup, milk and salt in a bowl; mix lightly. Pour over chicken. Combine flour and cheese; cut in butter. Sprinkle over soup mixture and chicken. Top with slivered almonds. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
