Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1/3 c
  • Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
  • can Progresso chicken noodle soup, drain and reserve broth - 1 item
  • Swiss cheese, cut in strips 4 oz - 1 c

How to make chicken spinach bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Dip chicken in soup broth; coat with bread crumbs. Set aside. Combine sour cream, egg, garlic and flour and stir until smooth. Stir in soup pieces, onion, spinach and half cheese. Spread in casserole; top with chicken and remaining bread crumbs. Bake 35 minutes. Add rest of cheese on top and bake 10 to 15 more minutes.
