Oriental spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- peanut oil - 6 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cherry tomatoes - 10 item
- fresh spinach - 1/2 lb
- roasted peanuts - 1 c
- rice-wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- thin slices red onion - 4 item
How to make oriental spinach salad:
Chop the peanuts. Pull the stems from the spinach. Wash the leaves and tear them into pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half. Add tomatoes and onion slices to the spinach. In a small jar, shake together vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, soy sauce and cayenne until salt dissolves. Add oil and shake again to combine ingredients. Pour this dressing over the salad and toss well.
