Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- to 5 chicken breasts - 4 item
- salt - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped fine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Creole seasoning optional - 1 tsp
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Reserve stock. Bone chicken. Cut into bite sized pieces. Cook spaghetti in reserve stock. Drain. Saute onion and celery in oleo. Stir in tomatoes, soups, mushrooms and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Season with garlic salt and Creole seasoning. Stir in chicken and spaghetti.
