• stick butter - 1 item
• Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• chicken breasts - 4 item
• can Ro-Tel - 1 item
• bell pepper, chopped optional - 1/4 c
• small jar pimento, chopped optional - 1 item
