- stick butter - 1 item
- bell peppers - 2 item
- cheese - 1 lb
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- onions - 2 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- can English peas - 1 item
- box noodles - 1 oz
How to make chicken rotel:
Boil chicken breast; save broth and set aside. Chop peppers and onions, then simmer with butter. Set aside. Boil noodles and grate cheese. Mix Ro-Tel, peas and mushrooms together. Add onions, peppers, noodles and cheese to mixture with 1 cup chicken broth. Put in pan and place chicken breast on top and bake until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
