Chicken rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- c mayonnaise - 1 item
- c cooked rice - 3 item
- small onion chopped - 1 item
- Tbsp lemon juice - 2 item
- hard boiled eggs chopped - 2 item
- c cooked chicken diced - 3 item
- 1/2 c chopped celery - 1 item
- c mushroom soup - 2 item
- 3 oz pkg slivered almonds - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Mix all ingredients and put into casserole. Top with Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix (1 c mixed with 2 Tbsp butter). Refrigerate over night. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
