Ingredients/Components
- corn tortillas - 1 item
- grated Longhorn cheese - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- can - 4 green
- chicken, boiled, deboned and skinned - 1 item
- chopped onions, sauteed until clear - 1 item
How to make chicken ole:
Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, layer ingredients starting with tortillas. I usually fry lightly in cooking oil to make them pliable. Layer chicken, cheese, onions and soup. Repeat. Final layer should be cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese melts and is bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
