  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 14 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 1 lb
  • chicken breasts, cooked and diced - 4 item
  • can cream of chicken - 1 item
  • can Old El Paso enchilada sauce - 1 oz

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Mix chicken (salt and pepper) and sour cream. Add 1/2 grated cheese. Heat sauce and soup together. Butter shells. Heat in microwave; fill and roll. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce and soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly. Serve with salad.
