Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 14 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 lb
- chicken breasts, cooked and diced - 4 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- can Old El Paso enchilada sauce - 1 oz
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix chicken (salt and pepper) and sour cream. Add 1/2 grated cheese. Heat sauce and soup together. Butter shells. Heat in microwave; fill and roll. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce and soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly. Serve with salad.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
