- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cheese, grated
- can enchilada sauce - 19 28
- bag tortilla chips - 16 oz
- chicken, cooked boiled - 1 2
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Spray a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with nonstick spray. Layer chips almost to top of pan. Mix chicken (take off of bone), enchilada sauce, soup and onion. Pour over chips. Spread cheese over top.
