How to make chicken enchilada casserole:

In a 2-quart casserole dish, line the bottom with the tortillas, then layer the chicken pieces, onion and the remaining liquid mixture combined with the seasoning. Cover with cheese and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
