Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- light cream - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms optional - 1 item
- large boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken dijon:
Melt some butter in a skillet and brown chicken. Lift pieces out into a flat baking dish. Add chicken broth to drippings in skillet and stir over low heat. Mix flour and light cream together until smooth. Add to chicken broth along with mustard and stir until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
