- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make chicken diablo:
Wash chicken pieces and pat dry; remove skin if desired. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange, meaty side up, in a single layer in same pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Serve with rice.
