Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1/4 c
  • chicken, cut up - 3 lb
  • oleo 2 sticks - 4 Tbsp

How to make chicken diable:

Wash chicken pieces; pat dry. Remove skin, if you wish. Melt oleo in shallow baking pan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat both sides, then arrange meaty side up in a single layer in same pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; can turn halfway through.

Have made this since 1965. My family thinks this is good.
