Ingredients/Components

  • Italian salad dressing - 1/4 c
  • chicken breast - 3 3
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs or crackers - 1/3 c
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp

How to make chicken delight:

Pour dressing into pan, add chicken, turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Drain dressing from chicken, combine egg and water.

In plastic bag or bowl combine cheese, crumbs, etc. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into the crumbs. Put in dish and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
