Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- diced cooked chicken or turkey - 4 6
How to make chicken casserole:
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish with diced chicken. Add salt and pepper, if needed. Combine soup, sour cream and broth and pour over meat. Mix crushed crackers, margarine and poppy seed. Sprinkle over meat and mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
