  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cans chicken broth - 2 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • herb dressing mix
  • to 6 stewed chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Put 1/2 in baking dish and small pieces of chicken in a layer over stuffing. Pour 1 can broth over chicken. Mix sour cream with undiluted cream of chicken soup and spread over chicken. Add remaining stuffing and pour second can of broth over this. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
