- Ritz crackers, crushed - 40 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- cooked yolk-free dumplings - 2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook and debone chicken; put in bottom of casserole. Melt oleo and combine with crackers. Mix together other ingredients and put over the chicken. Top with the oleo and cracker mix. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
