Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- rice - 1 c
- chicken broth optional - 1/4 c
- sliced cooked chicken - 2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil rice until done. Add chicken, soup, lemon juice, butter, grated cheese, mayonnaise and chicken broth. Mix together. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
