Ingredients/Components
- to 4 whole chicken breasts, skinless - 2 item
- jar orange marmalade - 1 item
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- bacon - 1 pkg
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken bacon nuggets:
Cut chicken in bite size pieces. In bowl, combine chicken, marmalade, soy sauce, salt, ginger and garlic powder. Cover and let marinate for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Partially cook bacon. Cut each slice in half and wrap around each piece of chicken. Secure with toothpick. Place bacon wrapped chicken on rack in broiling pan and broil 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, turning nuggets once and brushing with marmalade mixture.
