- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- ground lean pork
- ground lean ham - 1 lb
How to make ham balls:
Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water1 tsp. dry mustard Mix eggs, milk and crumbs in a bowl. Add meat and mix well. Shape into balls and place in a roaster. Bring topping ingredients to a boil and pour over ham balls. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350° oven. Baste during baking.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
