  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • vanilla wafers - 24 item
  • small cans cherry pie filling or 1 large can - 2 item

How to make cherry tarts:

Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Put vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper cup. Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 12 minutes at 375°. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling.
