Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
How to make cherry pudding:
Mix into batter and put into a greased pan. Spread 1 quart of cherries over top, then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups sugar over them. Add 1 quart boiling water on top and bake 1 hour at 375°. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Southern u.s..
