  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 qt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • raw ground sweet potatoes - 1 pt

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Beat together and pour into buttered pan. Add 1 tablespoon butter on top before baking about 2 hours at 375°. Serve with cream, either warm or cold.
