- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- stick softened butter - 1 item
- dash cinnamon - 1 item
- can sour cherries - 1 item
- In saucepan, cook until mixture boils, becomes thick, and is clear-looking
How to make cherry crumb pie:
Mix cherries, juice from can plus enough water to make 1 cup, and rest of filling ingredients. In saucepan, cook until mixture boils, becomes thick, and is clear-looking. Pour into unbaked pie shell.Crumb Topping:1 heaping c. flour1 stick softened butter1/2 c. sugar Mix until crumbly; put on top of pie.
