- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- butter for frying crepes - 1 item
- sour cream or whipped cream - 1 item
How to make cherry crepes:
Mix flour, milk, salt and eggs until well mixed. Batter will be thin. Cook crepes in small amount of butter in hot pan. Swirl pan to make crepe thin. As crepes are done, put 1 to 2 tablespoons cherry pie filling in center and roll up.
