  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • can cherry pie filling - 21 oz
  • can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 14 oz
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • graham cracker crust make or buy - 1 item

How to make cherry cheesecake:

Mix cheese and milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill until firm or overnight.
