Chocolate chip cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- plain flour - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- mini chips chocolate - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Heat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter; press evenly into bottom of 9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 chips with flour to coat; add to cheese mixture. Pour in pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake 1 hour. Turn oven off; allow to cool 1 hour in oven.
