  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • plain flour - 1 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
  • mini chips chocolate - 1 c

How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:

Heat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter; press evenly into bottom of 9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 chips with flour to coat; add to cheese mixture. Pour in pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake 1 hour. Turn oven off; allow to cool 1 hour in oven. Remove from oven; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
