Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1/2 lb
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 c
  • small pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • beef bouillon instant - 1 Tbsp
  • medium or small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • can whole tomatoes, drained and broken up - 1 1/2

How to make cheesy rotini:

Cook rotini and drain. Cook beef, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and onion for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until brown. Drain. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and rotini. Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake covered in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
