- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta, shredded - 1 c
- to 10 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix other ingredients and melt in microwave. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
