Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. May be made a day ahead, refrigerated, then baked when needed. Freezes well also.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
