  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. May be made a day ahead, refrigerated, then baked when needed. Freezes well also.
