Cheesy breadsticks
Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- fresh chopped basil - 1 Tbsp
- fresh chopped chives - 1 Tbsp
- 12 count can refrigerated soft breadsticks - 1 item
How to make cheesy breadsticks:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet. Combine cheeses, basil and chives in a shallow bowl and mix well. Cut breadsticks into strips and brush with olive oil. Coat each breadstick in cheese mixture and twist. Arrange on baking sheet and bake until lightly browned (12 to 14 minutes).Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Rolls/biscuits.
